Job Description

  • Independently handle Income Tax compliances and filings for Individuals, Firms, LLPs, Companies and Trusts.

  • Handle Income Tax Assessments, Scrutiny, Enquiries and Reassessment Proceedings from notice stage to completion.

  • Prepare and review Written Submissions, Statements of Facts, Grounds of Appeal, Paper Books and Case Law Compilations.

  • Handle the Income Tax E-Filing Portal for ITR filing, Tax Audit, notices, rectifications, appeals and proceedings tracking.

  • Handle Tax Audit – Form 3CB & 3CD and related documentation.

  • Handle TRACES Portal activities including Form 16/16A, TDS defaults and correction statements.

  • Respond to TDS notices and manage TDS-related compliance requirements.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records for tax assessments and appellate proceedings.
