Job Description

Perform audit and assurance assignments in accordance with established standards and checklists.
Ensure timely collection of information and documents required for audits and assignments.
Maintain proper audit documentation (physical files and iFirm).
Prepare draft reports along with annexures.
Assist the audit team throughout the assignment and gain practical exposure.
Assist in preparing and drafting contracts, deeds, legal documents, and advisory memoranda relating to various corporate legal matters.
