Position:  Account, Audit and Taxation Trainee

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Mumbai. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, communicating with clients to understand their needs and goals, and developing and executing strategies to achieve those goals. They will also be responsible for managing projects and interacting with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and high quality of work.

Job Description,  Scope of Work

• Responsible for daily accounting tasks in Tally Edit log, ERP and SAP

• Communicate with clients for data and compliance.

• Handling Office email

• Preparing receipts, cheques, and  GST invoices

• Calculating withholding tax TDS, GST and Income Tax

• Audit and Investigation: Statutory, Internal, Bank Branch Audit, and Investigation.

• Preparation of Financial Statement cash flow and other statement.

• Sending reports to the Principal & Partner, and reporting daily.

• Regulatory compliances

Qualification:

• Male /Female not over 30 years

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or other professional Degree

• Minimum of 0-2 years experience in Accounting, Audit and Taxation.

• Pleasant personality

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Good computer skills

• Available to start immediately is a plus

Stipend Per Month  :  1st Year 7000 2nd Year 10000 and 3rd Year 14000

Further depend upon performance, incentives and promotion will provide by the Firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in client management and project management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Asana or Trello

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

• Experience in the finance or accounting industry is a plus
