For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com We're Hiring: Cash Application Lead Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid Full-Time | Permanent Position What you need to be successful Job Description Lead daily cash application activities Manage complex and escalated cases Monitor KPIs and controls Drive automation and standardization Support audits and month-end close Coach and develop Cash Application Analysts Minimum 10 years of overall experience . At least 4 years of people management/supervisory experience . Experience managing a team of 7–10 resources . Strong domain expertise in Cash Application across APAC, EMEA, and North America regions. Proven experience in stakeholder management, process governance, and team performance management.
