Operations Team Member_Capital Market Operation_0114_1502_1058638 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end trade life cycle processing across Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, and other capital market products. Ensure timely and accurate trade confirmation, settlement, and exception resolution. Monitor and perform cash, stock, and depository reconciliations. Handle corporate action processing including dividends, bonus, rights, splits, and mergers. Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, clearing corporations, depositories, and internal stakeholders. Identify operational risks and implement effective controls to mitigate process gaps. Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and internal regulatory guidelines. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency projects. Prepare MIS, audit reports, compliance reports, and management dashboards. Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations. Mentor junior team members and provide process guidance. Eligibility Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. 4–8 years of experience in Capital Market Operations. Strong understanding of trade settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, and regulatory processes. Experience in handling exchange/depository interactions and operational controls.
