Capital Market Operations Specialist

Operations Team Member_Capital Market Operation_0114_1502_1051233 Key Responsibilities Process and monitor equity, debt, mutual fund, and other capital market transactions. Ensure timely settlement of trades and resolution of settlement-related exceptions. Handle daily reconciliations of trades, holdings, cash, and depository accounts. Process corporate actions such as dividends, bonus issues, rights issues, stock splits, mergers, and buybacks. Coordinate with exchanges, depositories, custodians, counterparties, and internal stakeholders for seamless transaction processing. Monitor operational risk and ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, RBI, and internal policies. Investigate and resolve operational breaks, client queries, and transaction discrepancies within defined timelines. Prepare and review MIS, regulatory reports, audit requirements, and management dashboards. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancement. Support internal and external audits and ensure closure of observations within agreed timelines. Eligibility Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related discipline. 3-6 years of experience in Capital Market Operations, Securities Operations, Custody Operations, or Investment Operations. Knowledge of NSE/BSE Operations, Depository Systems (NSDL/CDSL), Corporate Actions, and Settlements. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
