Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across production, procurement, inventory, and logistics

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure quality control and on-time delivery

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and ensure material availability

• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks

• Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and support decision-making with data-driven insights

• Manage client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and customized service

• Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management (manufacturing preferred)

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, and production workflows

• Excellent communication and team management capabilities

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
