Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms. Manage productivity and morale of branch team members to achieve business objectives. Take ownership of branch profitability, break-even, and P&L performance. Liaise with product, marketing, and support teams for service enhancements and new product initiatives.
