Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose: Become an integral member of the FP&A team at Colgate India, where you will be the financial steward for the Toothpaste business. This role demands a strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Responsibilities : Developing and driving strategic pricing decisions to enhance profitability and market competitiveness. Conducting thorough evaluations of promotional activities, including ROI analysis, to optimize marketing effectiveness; ensuring we do what is right for the business . Taking ownership of the profitability management for Toothpaste brands. Be the key business partner for Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, providing financial guidance and support . Leading the forecasting process in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate and insightful P&L forecasts, measuring actual delivery against those forecasts . Overseeing the monthly closing process and the preparation of insightful management reports, including the tracking of key performance indicators . Delivering in-depth analysis of business performance as a critical component of the monthly reporting cycle . Managing the budgeting and forecasting process . Creating comprehensive reports on the performance of new product innovations. Participating in automation and digitization projects within the Finance function to improve efficiency and accuracy .
