Training Period: 6 Months
Monthly Compensation: ₹10,000/month for Graduates | ₹12,000/month for Post-Graduates Post-Training CTC: ₹2.5–5 LPA (Performance-Based)

About the Role

Pioneer E Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join as Invoice Interns. Selected candidates will gain practical exposure to invoicing, accounting operations, Eligibility

Educational Qualification: MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, BCA, MCA, or related qualifications.

Experience: Fresher.

• Minimum 60% throughout academics with no active backlogs.

• NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory.

• Candidates should be open to relocation to Gurugram, Haryana.
  

Key Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.

• Good understanding of MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of GST and e-invoicing.

• Strong communication skills.

• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and quick learner.

• Positive attitude towards learning new things.

• Good attention to detail and professional presentation, documentation, and professional finance processes.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing invoices.

• Verify invoice details, amounts, dates, and client information.

• Support data entry and maintenance of accounting records.

• Assist with invoice reconciliation and identifying discrepancies.

• Maintain proper documentation and records.

• Support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day activities
