Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Generation: Creating accurate and timely invoices for transportation services rendered. 

• Payment Processing: Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for customers. 

• Account Management: Managing and maintaining customer accounts, including tracking outstanding balances and resolving billing discrepancies. 

• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and other relevant financial data.

• Reporting: Preparing reports on billing performance and financial data. 

• Knowledge of Transportation Industry: Understanding the specific billing processes and regulations within the transport industry. 

• Familiarity with relevant software: Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools for billing and invoicing. 

• Problem-solving: Addressing billing issues and resolving disputes with customers. 

• Budgeting: Maintaining budgets and other financial records.
