Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for four (04) dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executives to join our Finance & Accounts team at Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate billing operations, data entry, and coordination with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth business processes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities (Point-wise) 1. Billing & Accounting ○ Prepare and maintain books of accounts accurately in Tally. ○ Generate invoices and ensure correct billing entries. 2. Barcoding Management ○ Update and maintain barcoding sheets daily. ○ Ensure barcode records match dispatch and billing data. 3. Payment Coordination ○ Follow up for payment confirmations from senior personnel. ○ Manage basic payment reconciliation tasks as guided.4. Cross-Department Coordination ○ Coordinate with logistics and sales coordinators for billing-related queries. ○ Resolve discrepancies in billing, dispatch, and stock data. 5. Documentation & Reporting ○ Maintain proper documentation of all billing records. ○ Share daily reports with the reporting manager as required. 🔹 Skills & Competencies ● Strong knowledge of Tally ERP ● Good understanding of basic accounting entries ● Strong communication & coordination skills ● Accuracy, attention to detail, and timely execution ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
