Service Billing:
Prepare and generate accurate service bills for two-wheeler customers.
Verify spare parts and labor charges before billing.
Maintain records of daily service invoices.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments with proper accountability.
Support service advisors in billing-related queries.
Tele-calling:
Call existing customers for service reminders and follow-ups.
Update customers on service offers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and promotions.
Collect feedback from customers after service completion.
Handle basic customer queries and forward complex issues to the service team.
Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma.
Experience: 0–2 years (Automotive/Two-Wheeler service experience preferred).
Skills:
Good communication (Tamil & English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS/ERP software).
Customer handling skills.
