Job Description for Billing Executive – Male Preferred:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· 3+ years of working experience in a billing department.

· Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions.

· Knowledge of GST compliance is essential.

· Responsibilities include invoice generation and client query coordination.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

· Support the Accounts Receivable Department with assigned tasks.

· Update the customer master file with accurate contact information.

· Perform data consolidation tasks.

· Responsible for handling revenue, scrutinizing revenue entries, and reconciliation.

· Presentation of accurate MIS reports to Senior Management.

· Regular interaction with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
