About the Role:

We are seeking Billing Operators with 2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmacy or hospital billing. The role involves handling patient billing, pharmacy invoices and ensuring accurate transaction records. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process patient and pharmacy bills accurately and in a timely manner.

• Verify prescriptions, medicines and billing data before finalizing invoices.

• Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with hospital/pharmacy policies.

• Coordinate with pharmacists, doctors and hospital staff for billing-related queries.

• Handle patient queries regarding bills, payments and discrepancies.

• Ensure accuracy in applying discounts, insurance claims, or package billing (if applicable).

• Reconcile daily cash/credit/UPI transactions with records.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance or Diploma in Pharmacy/related field preferred.

• 2–3 years of relevant billing experience in hospital or pharmacy setup.

• Knowledge of pharmacy billing software/HMIS systems.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills to deal with patients and hospital staff.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
