Billing And TPA Executive

A Billing Executive in a distribution company manages the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accurate sales documentation, GST compliance, and timely e-way bill generation for inventory movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Documentation: Generate, verify, and distribute sales invoices, credit/debit notes, and delivery challans using accounting software like Tally Prime or SAP HANA.

• Logistics & E-Way Bills: Generate e-way bills for transportation, ensuring accuracy in vehicle numbers and transporter IDs.

• Inventory Control: Perform daily inventory reconciliations against physical stock, managing stock records.

• Customer & Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and discrepancies.

• Payment Reconciliation: Monitor outstanding payments, send payment reminders, and assist with account reconciliation.

• Tax Compliance: Ensure all invoices comply with GST regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: -

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or logistics distribution.

• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, and MS Office (Excel).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce (B.Com).

• Competencies: High attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and good communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
