We are looking for a Billing and Dispatch Executive to join our team at Speedofer Components Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage customer invoices using Tally software

• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure on-time dispatch of goods

• Respond to billing-related queries and ensure accurate documentation

• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to streamline operations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent

• 0 - 1 years of experience in billing, dispatch, or a related role

• Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with documentation tools

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently
