Job Description

Job Title: Billing Executive

Responsibilities:

Generate and process invoices accurately and timely.
Verify billing data and maintain billing records.
Coordinate with clients/customers regarding billing queries.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile invoices and payment records.
Prepare billing reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company billing policies.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of billing/accounts experience.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Experience: 1–3 Years (Pharma company added advantage)
Location: Bangalore
