Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to manage the billing, invoicing, and financial documentation process for our online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate invoices for sales orders on platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Website, etc.).

• Maintain records of invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes.

• Ensure compliance with GST and other taxation norms in ecommerce billing.

• Reconcile daily sales reports with payment gateways, marketplaces, and accounting system.

• Coordinate with the accounts team for accurate data entry and month-end closing.

• Generate MIS reports on sales, billing, and receivables for management review.

• Support in audits and provide necessary billing documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in billing/accounts (preferably ecommerce).

• Knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and e-commerce taxation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ecommerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

• Familiarity with payment gateway reconciliation.

• Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.
