Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle patient billing, cash collection, and invoice generation accurately

• Coordinate with patients, doctors, and hospital staff for billing-related queries

• Verify insurance documents, prepare claims, and maintain billing records

• Update billing details in Hospital Management System (HMS)

• Ensure error-free entries and timely submission of bills

• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial records

Eligibility & Skills

• Experience: 1 – 3 years (mandatory in hospital billing)

• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Healthcare / relevant field

• Computer proficiency and knowledge of Hospital Billing Software

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and patient-friendly approach

• Immediate joiners preferred
