Key Responsibilities:

•        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MARG software with hands-on billing and reporting experience.

• Good command of MS Office.

• Ability to handle customer orders end-to-end — from purchase to delivery.

• Prepare and monitor purchase-to-delivery reports for management review.

• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.

• Monitor and track sales, billing, and customer material movement.

• Good team management.

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must know the MARG software with hands-on billing and reporting experience.
