We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive from the Facility Management industry to join our team in Thane.

Minimum 5 years of billing experience

Facility Management background is mandatory

At least 3 years of stability in the previous organization

Experience in manpower billing, client billing & vendor billing

Knowledge of GST, compliance & documentation

Strong command over MS Excel & billing software

Good coordination and communication skills

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate client invoices (manpower/material billing)

Handle attendance-based billing & statutory calculations

Maintain billing MIS and records

Coordinate with operations & accounts team

Follow up for outstanding payments

Ensure compliance with contract terms and SLAs
