Billing And TPA Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IP Billing Executive with mandatory TPA & Insurance Billing experience to join our hospital billing team. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of In-Patient (IP) billing processes, insurance coordination, and TPA approvals in a hospital setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete In-Patient (IP) billing operations

• Process TPA, corporate & insurance billing cases end-to-end

• Coordinate with TPA/Insurance companies for pre-authorizations and approvals

• Prepare and submit insurance claims, final bills, and supporting documents

• Ensure accurate billing as per treatment packages, tariffs, and hospital policies

• Follow up on claim status, rejections, and settlements

• Maintain billing records, MIS reports, and patient billing data

• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and front office for billing accuracy

• Ensure compliance with NABH, IRDA & hospital billing standards

• Resolve patient and TPA billing queries professionally.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IP Billing, TPA Billing & Insurance Claims

• Hands-on experience with cashless and reimbursement cases

• Familiarity with hospital billing software / HIS

• Knowledge of insurance documentation and tariff management

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and billing accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years (Mandatory hospital billing experience)

• Mandatory: TPA & Insurance Billing experience

• Gender: Male & Female

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
