Job Description

We are looking for an Billing Executive to join our team at at Mahavir Transmission Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹26,500 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate invoices based on DI, Ensure correct rates, quantity, taxes (GST) applied and Generate invoices in ERP.
Maintain proper records of: Invoices, Delivery challans and E-Way Bills.
Coordinate with: Sales team (for order details), Dispatch/logistics team and Accounts department to resolve billing-related queries.
Work on ERP software.
Billing accuracy 100% with on time.
Cash handling.
Cash Book Handling.

Job Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good command over MS Office.
Familiarity with ERP systems and billing handling.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
High level of confidentiality, discipline, and integrity.
