Job Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Billing Executive to manage our billing process efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with billing, be comfortable handling multiple tasks, and possess strong knowledge of accounting and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process bills for B2B buyers accurately and timely.

• Maintain records of sales and billing using Tally and Excel.

• Handle queries related to invoices and payments.

• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth billing operations.

• Ensure all billing documentation complies with company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Billing Executive or similar role.

• Strong expertise in Excel, Tally, Busy and billing procedures.

• Good knowledge of goods and inventory management.

• Ability to handle a busy workflow efficiently.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
