Job Description

Job Title: Billing Executive
Location: Marol, Andheri (Mumbai)

Job Responsibilities:

· Accountable for End to end billing function.

· Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.

· Coordinate with customers for billing details, payment follow-ups, and clarifications.

· Maintain records of sales bills, payments, and account statements.

· Perform account reconciliation with customers and internal accounts team.

· Support day-to-day office documentation and basic accounting tasks.

· Handle phone and email communication related to billing and payments.

Requirements:

· Graduate in Commerce or equivalent.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounting (preferably in trading or FMCG sector).

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
