We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive A Billing Executive is responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate invoices are generated, payments are received on time, and financial records are maintained. They also handle client inquiries and resolve billing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Generation and Processing :

Preparing and distributing invoices to clients, both electronically and physically.

Payment Management:

Receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to the system.

Client Communication:

Responding to client inquiries about billing, resolving disputes, and providing payment assistance.

Account Maintenance:

Maintaining accurate records of client accounts, outstanding balances, and payment history.

Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing regular reports on billing data, analyzing payment trends, and identifying areas for improvement.

Compliance :

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to billing and financial reporting.

Data Collection and Verification:

Collecting necessary data from clients, verifying information, and ensuring the accuracy of billing records.

Skills and Qualifications:

•Strong analytical skills• : To analyze data, identify trends, and resolve billing issues.

Excellent communication skills: To interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

•Attention to detail:• To ensure accuracy in billing and payment processing.

•Proficiency in relevant software:• Including billing software, accounting software, and spreadsheets.
