Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry of purchase, sales, stock, and other inventory transactions in Tally Prime.

Update and maintain inventory records regularly in Tally to ensure current and accurate stock information.

Manage inventory updates, including adding new items, updating rates, stock adjustments, and managing batches.

Maintain up-to-date records of current stock levels, ensuring timely reconciliation of discrepancies.

Prepare and send professional emails related to inventory reports, supplier communications, and internal coordination.

Generate reports from Tally Prime related to inventory stock, purchase register, sales register, and others as required by management.

Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data entry and stock handling.

Assist in filing, documentation, and maintaining systematic records of transactions.

Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to reflect accurate stock movement in Tally.

Required Skills:

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (especially Inventory Management Module).

Experience in inventory update and stock management on Tally.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good communication skills and ability to draft professional emails.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.

Qualification:

  • Graduation in any Field.
