Job Description

JD: Document Management: · Documents follow-up with the vendors. · Service documents verification and closing in the software. · Purchase documents verified with service documents

Client Communication: · when it comes to client interactions. Whether over the phone or through email, you'll provide top-notch service and address client needs effectively.

Data Maintain: Data is maintained in the Excel sheet and verified daily

Invoice Maintain -Check and generate Invoices in the software and send them to the client/vendor. Email Invoices to the clients along with the service documents.

MIS report -Generate MIS reports of the invoice data. Documents Hard copies sent to the client through courier. Other work of billing departments as per requirement.
