Process: Pure Banking Collection Process

Job Location: Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate Mandatory

• Fresher & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & Average English

• Basic computer knowledge required

Shift Details

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Weekly Off:

  • 3 Fixed Sunday Offs

  • 1 Rotational Sunday Off

Salary Structure

Fresher

• In-Hand Salary: ₹14,200 per month

• CTC: ₹1.8 LPA

Experienced

• In-Hand Salary: ₹15,200 per month

• CTC: ₹1.9 LPA

DRA Experienced Candidates

• In-Hand Salary: ₹16,400 per month

• CTC: ₹2.0 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for banking collection and payment follow-ups

• Remind customers regarding pending dues and EMI payments

• Maintain professional communication with customers

• Update collection details in the system accurately

• Achieve monthly collection targets
