  • ordinate with the sales team, customers, banks, and NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing.

  • Manage loan files, customer documents, application forms, and related records.

  • Verify documents and ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.

  • Follow up with banks and financial institutions regarding login, approval, sanction, and disbursement status.

  • Maintain regular updates on loan applications and pending cases.

  • Coordinate with sales executives to resolve documentation issues and speed up the loan process.

  • Track daily case status and prepare reports for management.

  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding pending documents and application updates.

  • Maintain proper records and confidentiality of customer information.

  • Support the sales team in achieving smooth and timely loan processing.
