Job Title: Internal Auditor

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated Internal Auditor for our warehouse operations, responsible for auditing goods inward/outward, inventory management, dispatch accuracy, and overall process adherence. The role involves ensuring physical stock matches system records and that task checklists are followed diligently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly and surprise audits of inventory, dispatch, GRN, and inward/outward registers.

• Submit a detailed monthly stock audit report covering all discrepancies and reconciliations.

• Audit packing, dispatch, and storage processes for efficiency and compliance.

• Track and verify employee task checklists to ensure assigned duties are completed properly.

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed for stock movement.

• Verify barcode, labeling, and documentation accuracy.

• Identify and report any stock losses, damages, or process loopholes.

• Coordinate with storekeepers and supervisors to validate record accuracy.

• Recommend improvements in space utilization, inventory flow, and documentation control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/CMA preferred).

• 3–6 years of auditing experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments.

• Hands-on experience with stock audits, dispatch audits, and inventory controls.

• Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and practical knowledge of warehouse systems.
