Auditor

As an Auditor at OYO, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operational standards, verifying financial accuracy, conducting hotel audits, and ensuring partner properties adhere to OYO’s brand guidelines and quality benchmarks. You will play a key role in improving service quality, reducing revenue leakage, and ensuring process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits of OYO partner properties to ensure compliance with company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Verify inventory, billing accuracy, pricing, and commission structures.

Review documentation, contracts, and other relevant agreements with hotel partners.

Identify gaps in property-level operations such as housekeeping, hygiene, check-in procedures, and guest feedback handling.

Provide corrective recommendations and assist in their implementation.

Generate audit reports and escalate major compliance issues to the relevant departments.

Assist in fraud detection, loss prevention, and internal controls improvement.
