Position: Project Auditor

Locations: Mysore, Coorg, Chikmagalur, Bangalore, Ananthapur, Karimnagar

Role Overview:

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Project Auditors to conduct on-site audits at OYO hotels. The auditor will ensure compliance with company standards, check operational quality, and report findings accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned OYO hotels as per audit schedule.

• Conduct audits based on company checklist and guidelines.

• Verify guest experience standards, facilities, and service quality.

• Ensure accuracy in hotel operations, billing, and housekeeping standards.

• Submit audit reports on time with supporting evidence (photos, notes).

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all audits.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 24 – 32 years

• Qualification: Any Graduation

• Must have basic computer knowledge (Excel, report uploading).

• Bike is mandatory (for travel between audit locations).

• Good communication and observation skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Bangalore: ₹15,000 + Incentives + Petrol allowance (₹100/day)

• Other Locations: ₹400–₹500 per audit (based on performance & volume)

Job Type:

• Field Audit (On-Site) – Work involves travel within assigned location.

• Immediate Joining Preferred.
