
The Store Auditor is responsible for conducting regular audits in mobile retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies, inventory accuracy, financial controls, and operational standards. The role involves verifying stock, cash, documentation, and store processes to maintain transparency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular store audits across assigned locations.
Verify mobile stock, accessories stock, and inventory records.
Check cash balance, billing records, and daily sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit procedures.
Identify stock discrepancies, cash mismatches, or process deviations.
Prepare audit reports and submit findings to management.
Ensure proper documentation of GRN, stock transfers, and store registers.
Monitor store operations, billing process, and system entries.
Coordinate with Store Managers and Area Managers for corrective actions.
Conduct surprise audits when required.
