Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis of loan applicants based on information and documents provided by Banks and Financial Institutions.
2. Field Visits: Visit the applicant's business premises at the scheduled time to conduct an on-site business assessment.
3. Document Verification: Examine and verify financial and non-financial records, including accounted and unaccounted business records, ITRs, financial statements, bank statements, certificates and other relevant documents.
4. Business Assessment: Understand the applicant's business profile through detailed discussions with the business owner, including business activities, operations, revenue sources and overall business performance.
5. Physical Observation: Observe the business premises, infrastructure, stock, machinery, employees, operational setup and business processes, wherever applicable.
6. Report Preparation: Prepare a comprehensive business analysis report based on field observations, document verification, discussions and findings.
7. Report Coordination: Submit the completed report to the Team Leader (TL) for review and verification before it is forwarded to the concerned Banker or Financial Institution.
