We are seeking a reliable and meticulous Field Audit Coordinator to support our crucial sub-broker audit process across Madhya Pradesh (MP). This role is focused exclusively on the on-site visit and verification component of our comprehensive checklist-based audit, which is essential for ensuring compliance and quality within the stock market ecosystem.

This is a collaboration opportunity for individuals seeking project-based or flexible work that involves travel within MP.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will be responsible for the first and most critical step of our audit process:

• On-Site Verification: Independently planning and executing physical visits to designated sub-broker offices/locations throughout various regions of Madhya Pradesh, as per the agreed-upon schedule.

• Checklist Execution: Meticulously following a pre-defined checklist to gather necessary information, verify physical presence, check required documentation, and note observational data (e.g., office setup, display of required licenses, client interactions).

• Documentation: Capturing and submitting high-quality photographic evidence and completed checklists promptly after each visit, ensuring all required verification points are addressed.

• Coordination: Maintaining clear communication with the audit team regarding visit schedules, any on-site issues encountered, and submission of verified data.

What We Are Looking For :

• Location/Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively and independently across Madhya Pradesh.

• Experience: Previous experience in Internal Audit, verification, compliance checks, audit support, or similar roles is highly preferred.

• Skills: High level of integrity, attention to detail, strong observational skills, and excellent time management.

• Industry Knowledge (A Plus): Basic understanding of the stock market, financial services, or regulatory compliance (SEBI/exchange norms) is a bonus, but not mandatory.

• Equipment: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a smartphone/device capable of accurate photo capture and data entry.

Collaboration Terms

• This is a project-based/freelance collaboration with compensation provided per visit/verified report.

• The agreement will focus solely on the Visit/Verification deliverable. The subsequent Analysis & Reporting will be handled internally by our central team.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
