Swiss - Audit Business - Executive - GGN Job details Proposed designation Executive Role type Team Lead Role Reporting to Assistant Manager or Above Geo to be supported Switzerland Work timings 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM IST Roles and responsibilities ​ We are recruiting for a Executive in the Audit team. Working as an Executive in this team, your responsibilities will include:​ Helping seniors and AMs in performance review of the team.​ Monitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA’s.​ Being active member of audit engagement team and performing audit procedures and tests of the client that you are allocated.​ Contacting client and onshore team regularly to update on the progress of audit engagement.​ Sharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members.​ Identification of issues/missing information and managing and tracking the open issues until resolved.​ Maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.​ Review of the team’s work and to provide timely feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.​ Building relationships with onshore team members sitting across different locations.​ Auditing complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements.​ Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.​ Roles and responsibilities ​ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.​ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).​ Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.​ Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments.​​ This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.​ Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA) .​ Additional certifications (if any). Work experience 0-6 months of relevant post qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm​ Mandatory technical and functional skills In depth knowledge of external audit for financial services and/or international clients.​ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).​ Proficient book-keeping knowledge and experience.​ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.​ Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments​ Preferred technical and functional skills Experience in Financial Services will be an added advantage.​ Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Professional would be an added advantage​ Key behavioural attributes/requirements Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.​ Recognizing the developmental requirements of team members and set goals to achieve them. ​ Effective at inspiring and motivating team members to deliver high quality standards.
