Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and detail-oriented Direct Tax Executives to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Direct Taxation, Corporate Tax, ITR Filing, TDS, Litigation, and Compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and structured environment with exposure to top clients and challenging tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and corporates

• Handling TDS computations, returns, and reconciliations

• Supporting corporate tax planning, tax audit, and assessments

• Managing litigation matters related to direct tax, including drafting replies and attending hearings

• Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with direct tax laws and regulations

• Liaising with clients, auditors, and tax authorities as needed

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of Direct Tax and Corporate Tax regulations

• Proficiency in ITR and TDS filings

• Experience in litigation support and compliance activities

• Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance is a plus)

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in direct taxation
