Audit & Compliance Executive – CA Firm

Kochar Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants is hiring an experienced Audit & Compliance Executive for its professional team in Delhi.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Location: Lawrence Road Industrial Area, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3+ years in a CA Firm

About the Role - We are looking for an experienced Audit & Tax professional with strong practical exposure to Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST, Income Tax, Accounting and Financial Statement Finalization.

The role provides an opportunity to work on diverse clients and assignments and develop comprehensive experience across audit, taxation and compliance. The candidate will be expected to independently handle assignments, coordinate with clients and ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Statutory Audits and Tax Audits

• Handle GST Return Filing, Compliance and Advisory

• Manage Income Tax Compliance, Filings and Related Matters

• Prepare and Finalize Financial Statements

• Review books of accounts, ledgers and reconciliations

• Identify accounting, audit, tax and compliance issues

• Provide practical solutions to accounting and compliance matters

• Handle GST and Income Tax Notices and Client Queries

• Coordinate with clients for information, documentation and compliance requirements

• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation

• Independently manage assignments from planning through completion

• Ensure timely delivery and quality of professional assignments

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have strong practical exposure in a CA Firm and are comfortable independently handling audit and compliance assignments.

Eligible candidates:

• CA Dropout

• Semi-Qualified CA

• Audit & Tax Professionals

• Candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience in a CA Firm

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Statutory Audit and Tax Audit

• Good working knowledge of GST and Income Tax

• Strong accounting fundamentals

• Experience in Financial Statement Preparation and Finalization

• Ability to independently handle assignments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good client communication and coordination

• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
