Audit Executive

• Conduct physical verification of inventory at warehouses, plants, and retail locations.

• Perform stock reconciliation between physical count and system records (SAP/Tally/ERP).

• Review inventory valuation and ensure it aligns with accounting standards and company policies.

• Verify and analyze stock movement, goods in transit, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.

• Check and validate GRNs, stock adjustment entries, and consumption records.

• Identify discrepancies, prepare detailed audit reports, and suggest process improvements.

• Evaluate internal controls over inventory and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with store managers, finance, and operations teams for data validation and resolution.

• Support in monthly/quarterly closing activities related to inventory.
