Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally and Excel.
Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, deductions, and return filing.
Manage GST compliance including preparation, reconciliation, and GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, ledgers, and financial statements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.
Experience in return filing and compliance procedures.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Prior experience in accounting preferred.
