Job Description

Job Description: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally and Excel.

  • Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, deductions, and return filing.

  • Manage GST compliance including preparation, reconciliation, and GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

  • Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, ledgers, and financial statements.

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.

  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.

  • Experience in return filing and compliance procedures.

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Prior experience in accounting preferred.
