Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Assistant to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations and a strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and prepare financial statements.

• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and expense reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.

• Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.

• Support the finance team in maintaining compliance and documentation.

• Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting software tasks.

✅ Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).

• Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
