Associate Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis across MIS, P&L, and Balance Sheets, building key business insights around financial metrics such as Sales, EBITDA, ROE, and Payback, and contributing to high-impact presentations in coordination with the graphics team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Analysis:

• Perform detailed financial analysis on MIS, Profit & Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets.

• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions.

• Develop cohort analysis and insights around key metrics like Sales, EBITDA, ROE, and Payback periods.
  

Presentation & Communication:

• Create raw content and data for business pitches and investor decks.

• Collaborate with the design/graphics team to finalize presentation materials.

• Present insights in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner for internal and external stakeholders.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong working knowledge of financial statements and corporate finance principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).

• Strong written communication skills in English.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to frame financial insights into business context.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
