Associate Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The role involves working closely with finance and business teams to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Analyze business performance, revenue trends, and cost variances.

• Develop financial models and dashboards for management reporting.

• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights.

• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.

• Coordinate with different departments for financial data collection and analysis.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

• Assist in preparation of board presentations and investor reports.

• Improve reporting automation and process efficiencies using Excel/Power BI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.

• MBA (Finance) preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.

• Good understanding of financial statements and MIS reporting.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in NBFC, fintech, banking, or financial services industry preferred.

• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ERP systems is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
