Associate Financial Analyst

We are looking for an Associate Financial Analyst (RMS) to join our team at Connect Way Consultancy. The role involves monitoring client trading positions, managing risk exposure, ensuring margin compliance, and supporting effective risk control across trading activities. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Check and monitor client positions, margins, and exposure limits on a real-time basis.

Track daily MTM (Mark to Market) and initiate margin calls when required.

Execute square-offs in case of margin shortfall to minimize trading risk.

Prepare and maintain accurate RMS reports including exposure, margin utilization, and risk summaries.

Ensure compliance with NSE/BSE exchange regulations and internal risk policies.

Analyze trading and risk data to provide insights on overall exposure and financial risk levels.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Experience in stock broking RMS operations is preferred. Applicants must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of equity and derivatives, margin framework understanding, and working knowledge of MS Excel. The candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced market conditions during trading hours.
