Job Description Job Description: Role: Associate Operations Key Accountability:· Responsible for meeting daily targets and SLA’s· Good knowledge in accounting and accounts payable. Should be okay with night shifts. Accuracy should be met as defined by the Client· Be a valuable contributor to the operations function. Inject a sense of fun and fulfillment into your team environment.· Responsible to work as a backup when required to meet training and operational requirements, owning the turnaround times, customer service levels.· Help resolve issues the very first time and promptly escalate cases as appropriate.· Ensure high quality delivery of customer experience across multiple channels.· Learn and ultimately become a technical expert for our client product· At times, you may be required to work closely with onshore team to improve the service offering.· Regards, Qualifications · BCOM Graduate Fundamental understanding of MS Excel and basic computer knowledge· Should be proficient in verbal/written communication skills with emphasis on English grammar Experience Level Entry Level
