Assistant / Deputy Manager- Finance In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Leading and managing Statutory audit (KPMG), ITC and IFC audit, Tax audit, Transfer pricing audit, Income tax returns and GST audit Preparation of monthly MIS, POR, Budgets and consolidated financials for group reporting and data to be submitted with APHQ Preparation and finalization of monthly taxes calculation of TDS as per Income tax and GST Act Representation of assessments before commissioner of Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax and Customs Providing guidance to the team on withholding tax rates on domestic and international transactions Ensuring compliance with Statutory Due dates of EDPMS, IDPMS and companies act Also have knowledge of Expat taxation cases of assignees Who You Are: You quickly and decisively take action and ensures accountability.
