SAP BRIM – CONVERGENT CHARGING Assistant Manager Role Summary SAP BRIM ( Billing and Revenue Innovation Management ) Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP BRIM modules. This role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, focusing on BRIM related activities including gathering business needs, configuring system settings and understand integration with OTC (Order to Cash / Sales & Distribution ) conducting testing, resolving issues, and training users throughout full-cycle implementations and support. Main Responsibilities Configure and support Convergent Charging components: charge plans, rate plans, pricing models, usage-based and event-based charging scenarios, and balance management and charging rules Configure, test, and debug new and existing charge plans Configure and maintain core CC objects including BITs & CITs, Chargeable Item Classes, Allowance and balance management logic, Price Plans & Charge Plans, Cross-Catalog Mapping Tables, Translation Tables, Subscriber Tables, Range Tables, and Provider Contracts Support service pricing and modeling, online and offline rating, partner revenue share calculation, and online account balance management within SAP Convergent Charging Integration & End-to-End Process Support Support integration between SAP CC and other BRIM components: Convergent Mediation (CM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-CA, and Subscription Order Management (SOM) Reconcile end-to-end usage-to-bill flows across Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA Design and manage integrations with external mediation systems and develop/maintain interfaces (REST APIs, SOAP web services) Support FI-CA posting simulations and bill run rehearsals Graduation Experience Level Mid Level
