Roles & responsibilities We are recruiting for a Assistant Manager in the Germany Audit Corporate team. Working as a Assistant Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include: • Leading and managing a team of fresh graduates and experienced professionals working on audits for Germany • Auditing financial statements of international clients and performing an in-charge role • Act as main point of contact for departments and build strong relationships with key contacts in Germany • Work with the senior management and key German contacts to develop business and grow the team • Make regular contact with Germany to ensure staff are booked to audits and utilized effectively and take feedback on quality of work delivered • Track key metrics related to type of work performed, quality of deliverables and feedback from Germany • Develop and deliver training sessions based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews • Work with L&D team to identify training needs • Work with Recruitment team to support hiring needs • Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of team members • Coach Seniors on performing reviews and developing their team members • Motivate and develop Seniors to be effective team leaders This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (ICAI) Work experience 3+ year experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients Skillset Experience Level Mid Level
